Seasons44Hog is Ready!
I shot this boar last year and decided it was deserving of a shoulder mount,
Kittrell Hill Taxidermy in North Carolina did the work and I must say I am extremely impressed and simply great people.

ShofI've got one that could be his slightly darker brother. It makes a memorable mount...
And they did a nice job!

Amen to that! When I shot my first "Russian" boar, he was HUGE!!! I figured he had to go at LEAST 350 pounds. We hung him from a scale and he barely squeeked past 250 pounds.
That's why I laugh so much when I hear of guys shooting 500 pound pigs. I'm sure they exist, but they have to be about as rare as someone shooting an elephant carrying 100 pound ivory....
