Did anyone else get a notice from the US DOJ about a lawsuit against Tim Smither? Evidently Miller was using Termidor SC to treat everyone's mounts. It looks like they were buying this in bulk and then relabeling it. Also, it's for ants and termites. Outdoor use and voids in walls only.

Anyone know anything more?

I received a letter and a copy of the arraignment a couple of days ago. This is not a lawsuit, it is a criminal case. The U.S. Attorney in North Carolina also is asking to fill out a questionaire to determine if yo are entitled to restitution. In reading the data sheets, termidor is relatively safe unless you are exposed to a large dose over a long period of time. Even if you had a claim, how would you get compensated for it?
