Controlling humidity and temperature in trophy rooms
I've been told that controlling the humidity and temperature for trophy collections is very useful, to avoid long-term damage.

How do you do this?

I plan on building a new trophy room soon (my collection is growing), and are trying to come up with solutions regarding this.

Today my trophies are placed in a room that's not used. I don't do any heating unless very cold situations (to avoid sub zero temp).
The temperature and humidity varies a bit, but not more than regualar rooms, as far as I can see (I hope). The humidity is also a bit higher than in the rest of my house. This is important, as I understand, to avoid cracking. The reason for not heating this room is because I don't use it, and when I do the humidity goes lower than I want to.

Maybe I'm getting a bit paranoid here, but taking care of my trophies so that they last all my life is important.. Smiler

Any input/tips?
