What do you want for him? Sales require a price.

He's pretty rough but out to be worth at least $800. Full size taxidermy lions are hot sellers, yours is one of those geriattric fellows that will be hard to move. It would almost be worth it to have a taxidermist give him a mane job with synthetic hair.

I am looking for a Tiger shoulder mount, let me know if you bump into one.

Not sure what you mean when you say rough but I don't think I like the idea of putting a fake mane on it - just doesn't seem right. Yes he is a scarred up old guy which I think is part of the character.

I don't see $800 honestly based on prices I am seeing for lesser mounts of domestic animals...

You'd do well to get that. It's hard to put a price on someone elses memories. I have yet to see a lion that looked like yours bring $5000.
