I have a few ideas but wanted to ask the experts what is the BEST method to attach a bear rug to a flat wall? Thanks!!

I recommend using sewing needles. They are hardened steel so you can hammer them into the Sheetrock and use as many as you want because they do minimal damaged to the wall. Drive them in at an angle along the edges of the skin.
