Cell Phone GPS tracking

Just wondering if any body has used this while hunting to keep track of fellow hunter and things at home? Is it legal where you hunt?

This new Cellphone tracking website is, well... scary.

I knew a cell phone could be located, but ....this is pretty wild.
Just enter in someone's cell phone number and it maps out their exact
location. You can check where your spouse, boyfriend, or girlfriend is
at any time.

I liked that so much I sent it to a buddy of mine and told him to type in his wifes cell number to check up on her!
