Too Many Sows w/cubs Being Shot

Just goes to show that there are some resident "slob" hunters in Alaska. We got our share too. Need to observe a bear for more than a few minutes before you pull that trigger.

Sounds like they need to make the fine mandatory and maybe make it $5000. No excuse for not knowing what your shooting at -granted Brown/Griz are very hard to sex!!
