Looking for a black bear hunt over bait in the lower 48, we will be driving. Anybody got a GOOD outfitter they would recommend. Not really looking for the biggest bear, just a good hunt, good camp with good food. Which would be best, spring or fall hunts?

Not sure if this is out of your driving distance but I have a outfitter in Manitoba couple hours north of Winnipeg if that's not too far.
