My wife is from NH and we go up there every year for Christmas. One time we were there and decided to head to VT for the day and just before we came to the NH/VT line we came across a wreck where a guy had hit a cow moose with a pickup truck. The damage done to the truck was unreal! They let the guy keep the moose but he sure wasn't gonna haul it home in the truck he hit it with.
