Best deer bullet for 25/35 WCF?

I am planning on having a 25/35 WCF built on a Martini Cadet action.What would be the best bullet for deer out of this?I was thinking along the lines of a Nosler 100 grain Ballistic Tip or a Hornady 100 grain V-MAX.Would the Hornady 117 grain RN be any good from this at around 2300-2400 FPS?

I shoot a 25/35 quit a bit..but in a Win. 94 so I'm locked in to two bullets...Factory and the HOrnady...However I have used the hornady 117 gr. RN in a 250 Savage and it works fine on deer size game...I believe the bal. tip and such bullets will work great at the 25-35's reduced velocity.
