Here is another that makes me proud. My 8 yr old has already shot two deer this season using my 280. Santa brought him his own rifle for Christmas, a Remmy Mod 7 in 260, and he was determined to get a deer with it before the season was out. The morning after Christmas, this 137# doe stepped out on the powerline about 70 yds away and gave him a quartering to shot. The first shot he fired with his new rifle dropped her in her tracks!



30+ years experience tells me that perfection hit at .264. Others are adequate but anything before or after is wishful thinking.

That's quite the hunter you are growing there.

Thank you! Yes, he is ate slap up with hunting & fishing. He really does have an aptitude for shooting and has taken very little coaching to get him to shoot well.
