I have never used whites but I own two pairs of schnees.Very warm and comfortable and schnees will rebuild them if you wear out the soles or cut the lower boot.

They tend to fit a little small.I usually take a 10 or 10-1/2 but I needed an 11 with schnees.My father usually takes a 9 but needed a 10.I bought mine when I was hunting in montana and stopped in at Bozeman where they are manufactured so I could actually try them on to verify the size.

I already hate whites all leather boots, but who makes a better winter pack?
