lazzeroni,

COTW 7th edition has a good write up:
Parent cartridge is the 416 Rigby
110 gr. bullet @ 4050 fps.
250 gr. bullet @ 3900 fps.
34" barrel with a 1:9 twist
Rem. 721 rifle with custom Douglas barrel

Thats what I couldnt figure out a 250 grain bullet at 3900 fps I dont care about the barrel length. That is speedy.

All I can say is that is what is printed in the both volumes that I have. I can run a sample set up on QuickLoad for fun just to see.

I found this forum by chance regarding this topic. http://www.reloadbench.com/cartridges/w30cody.html

It has data for the 250 gr. bullet at 3900 fps. IMHO this level of performance sounds absurd in light of the data listed on the aforementioned site - Even with the quoted 34 inch barrel.
