FjoldSome nice bucks made it through the season here in KY
This big 10 point came in last night to get some corn.
He's on the mineral block (on the left), right now at 4:30 in the afternoon. Forgive the picture quality, I'm shooting from inside my reloading room 468 yards away and it's raining. There's a doe at the feeder and a bunch of turkeys and squirrels.
This younger 12 point came in night before last, his G5s are pretty small so he may actually only be a 10 point buck. I'm feeding corn and supplementing minerals so he should be able to grow a better rack next year.

georgeldBeauties!
Hey Frank: IF you don't have salt blocks out too,
add them. They are cheap and animals of all types like and need it. Even the birds do.
We made small salt licks out in the hills for elk and cattle until the place was sold. Tracks showed they were very popular. Handy to have them during hunting season too.
Thanks for sharing these,
George

FjoldGeorge,
The blocks that I put out have salt and other minerals in them.
Time to go hunting sheds.
