Another HUGE Bear and much History................
Gents,

The trouble is a Software glitch, that I was unaware of. Apparently,i can only copy and paste but one photo. Rather than build a large photo file,I'll spread them to seperate threads.

My hopes are, that the Bob Reeve Bear is pictured, further along this Thread.

I apologize for your frustration(I'm workin on a mad myself!)..........

Very nice bear.

Do you know if it was taken by one of P&Ts clients?

Also, I know Bill Pinell passed several years ago, but is Morris Talifson still around?

I have the two books by Clark on P&T but I got the impression that Pinell had a million more stories to tell.

Thanks for sharing, Joe.

I've been FIGHTING getting it sized properly. I apologize, but this is the best my meager abilities, allow me.

It is my understanding the Bob Reeve Bear was in fact harvested with P&T. Further,it has been relayed to me,that this Bear is amongst the biggest in body size ever recorded. There are other photos documenting this huge specimen, after he'd been skinned. Those photos relay that he was right at 12foot. Truly incredible.

The two books you mention, are required reading. I'll post the photo of Morris and his best Bear next. Sadly, neither man is still with us. Morris signed my copy of "Track of the Kodiak" and it is a prized posession.

I love this stuff............

Is there a link to view the photos at? For some reason there is only a white box with a red x on the posts when I view them. Any suggestions?
