Gentlemen,
2 or 3 of us are looking to hunt some of those huge black bears in North Carolina in 2026.
Prefer spot & stalk, if it makes sense.
Any info from all sources, good/bad or indifferent greatly appreciated.

A guy named Capt. Purvis has posted bear hunts in NC on AR in the past. He gets some real monsters. Look him up. Those hunts for big black bears aren't cheap.

Keep in mind that Eastern NC is not exactly the best territory for what most think of when it comes to "spot and stalk". Its wet, flat, and where you find bears tends to be heavily vegetated,
