p dog shooterSounds to me that we have a lion that has learned to hunt and kill wolves.
Has someone called PETA about this ?
Nature has it's surprises .

Reminds me of the aquarium wich had a number of creatures in it .Then they put some friendly octopuses in .Then the sharks started to disappear. They couldn't figure that . With a video camera they found the friendly octopus was having midnight snacks of shark !

JCS271My son and his friends all run dogs on lions up here. Over the past five years they have observed that the cats are becoming much more aggressive towards the hounds. They have always felt that it was because of the growing wolf pressure. Also in the last 2 years they have found deer that were pulled up into a tree by the cat so that it could feed. Something unheard of before but the lions (like their leopard cousins) have figured out how to protect their kills. A big tom could kill a wolf without to much of a struggle and if its a pack the cat just trees. My money is on the lions in the long run!
