Them muleys will take it if they can get it. They aint too fussy, only happens once a year

I saw and harvested my first hybred I've ever seen last season. It was a 3 x 2 buck with mule deer ears and a whitetail tail. He had the redish color coat while the muledeer are more brown/grey. He was with several muledeer does and I watched him for a while trying to service the does. Something spooked the does and they took of "bouncing" and he "stambered" behind. He didn't go very far and the 270 touched him. I still beat myself for not taking a picture of him. Ten more days till season opens on muledeer!!!!
