Hey Y'all,
I am starting to put together a 2006 BC black bear hunt for four of us. I would appreciate any first hand knowledge on outfitters.
Thanks,

jstevensI just had a good hunt with Sentinel Mountain Safaris in Bear Lake BC. You can look it up at
http://www.sentinelmountainsafaris.com or call Roy at 250-965-7788. I got a nice bear 6'8", and saw some larger than that, as well as grizzly and lots of moose. Their prices are reasonable as well $2350 total.
I used Brad Lister of Coastal Inlet Adventures, twice and got my limit each time. The biggest was a 7 footer from nose to tail. Look up his internet site and if you wish to call me, send a private message.
I know you requested first hand experience so I apologize ahead of time but I've been talking with this guy trying to line up a hunt for better than 6 months now. He's sent plenty of pics to me via email and we will definitley hook up in the future, plus his references were great.

BIG SPRING BLACK BEARS04 June 2005, 16:24
yankeesI just put together a hunt for four to central B.C. with Niutoutfitters with Eric Hatch. Three of us got our bears but the fourth missed his shot. Accommadations were excellent with homemade food at every meal and beautiful scenery. My personal guide was Randy Lavoie who I will ask for again when I go back next spring. If you need further info e-mail me.
