Colorado BobColorado deer backdoor
Colorado deer--back door is open. I've got 0 points---looks like I drew 74 High Country buck.

SnellstromLooks like my 14 points are missing.
Sounds like I may have drawn the 4th season Buck tag I was after.
Good luck to everyone in the draw!
And good luck on your hunt Bob...

SnellstromBack door results were already available for Bear, Sheep, Goat, Moose and I had no luck at any of them until Deer.
Wait and see on Elk!

TommyIIHow does the back door work on the new website. I knew how to do it on the old site but am lost on the new one.
I've got 20 points in play for a Unit 2 either sex tag and want to see if I need to take a month off.

SnellstromGo to the Big Game Drawing results page where you type in your name, DOB and zip code, hit enter scroll to the bottom of the page and look at your points. Each species will be updated so look for your points in 2014. This should tell you if you still have points or got zeroed out.
Elk points were not up last I checked nor Antelope.

TommyIIThanks. I only put in for elk and antelope as first choice so I'll have to wait. I put in for deer for preference points an a late season doe tag in Unit 102 as a second choice so it won't affect the overall points. I'm pretty sure I'll get the elk tag since I have 20 points and I'm a CO resident. The antelope is iffy though since I only had 7 points to play with.

SnellstromI just checked and looks like the backdoor is closed again.

graybirdWell, there is another way to go about it too.
You can act like you are going to purchase another tag.
Go to the purchase on-line tab. Put in your information. When you get to the point that it asks what license you want to purchase, choose Habitat stamp. Then scroll down to look at the list of tags you put in for. If there is a "5" that starts the number next to the species, then you drew. Problem is, you don't know which choice was drawn.
For example, I have 2014 - 586 Res Fall Bear So I know I drew a bear tag this year.
If the number starts with a "4" you didn't draw and better luck next year.
Good luck!
