Yes- Between my buddy and myself we have taken 5 Elk in the past 3 years, all with the 200 gr, bt. One shot kills on ALL! Good penetration and a average of 75% retention. And 2 caribou with the same results..Good bullet. Good Hunting --MD

I have used them on game yet. However there is a very good article on the Nosler BT's in handloader magazine. John Baroness rates the 338 200 gr. better than the Nosler 210 Partition. I'm headed to a deer and hog hunt this weekend. I'll let you know how they work on hogs.

Good results on black bear and cow elk. In compressed paper penetrations tests, the 200 grain ballistic tip does about as well as the partitions.

I have not used them on Elk but on deer they are devistating. The exit hole on the Sika deer I shot last year at 300yds was 3-4 inches in diameter.

I've had excellent results on both deer and elk with both the 180 and 200 BT.

Not quit big game, but I used them on Prairie Dogs out of my 338 Hawk. Very accurate and very effective. I used the 210 Partition on big game.
