564 Pound Black Bear

A 564 lb black bear was killed by a vehicle here in middle Georgia this week. Don’t know how this rates, but it’s big for our area.

I think the bear that was killed in Twiggs county would qualify as big anywhere.

But a 564lb black bear is a big bear.

A 564 pound inland grizzly bear is a big bear! Coastal grizzlies and farmland blacks have an opportunity to put on a lot more weight.
