Mad DogPMC .45-70 ammo
Anybody here, have any experience with this ammo? The specs. say 350 gr. flatnose bullet at 2025 fps. Found a great buy on it and thought about trying it in my guide gun. If it's accurate, it ought to make a great hog, bear, deer round.
Mad Dog
Though I haven't tried it , all comments that I have heard are that it is very accurate and very potent.Good for moose, elk, deer, bear, hogs.
Your lucky in the states that you have affordable 45/70 factory loads, in Oz it really is a reloaders proposition as factory loads run $55Aus per box of 20 and it is the reduced load stuff.

<Guest>No experiance but I've read at least twice that there were some misfires with PMC 45-70 Ammo.I can't remember where now to find it.I ?think? it was at the Old Marlintalk Forums which are no longer.
I've shot lots of the 308 Win. and never a problem.
