8 Texas Free Range Aoudad
Wow, this was one of our last Aoudad hunts of the fall season but the action was on fire. 9 hunters in camp over about a weeks time and so far 8 have tagged out early on beautiful free range rams. The last hunter still has a few days to hunt and a lot of country to themselves to hunt. Enjoy the pictures

I offer primarily free range hunts and also preserve hunts on 1 million acres across west and southwest Texas for native and exotic game.

Awesome animals! I'm hoping I get my first in 2020 or 2021. Waiting for someone to cancel on a hunt and have a last minute opening I can jump on

I never see any that big here in the Sacramentos of south central New Mexico. Many of our hunters are airmen from Holloman AFB or soldiers from Fort Bliss.

People on various forums ask about judging Aoudads. This has nothing to do with size, but is a fairly reliable indicator of age. Note that the first and last rams eyes are more elliptical in shape. This is normally seen in rams that are 10 years old or more.
