You carry the rifle hunting more than you shoot it. 7mm-08 will kill any thing that a 30cal will with less weight. You will be very pleased with your purchase.One suggestion I've had good luck with nosler bullets for accuratecy and killing and bad luck with factory ammo.

I have been interested in a M700Ti for awhile but really wanted one in .280. Now they are being made in 7mmSAUM so I might just have to get one, stay tuned.
