Took a friend/client of mine out this weekend to get an Oryx for his son. His son shot a GREAT bull.....just over 38 inches with great bases.

I was not planning on doing any hunting myself.....but I had the opportunity at this nice Axis buck. He is 32".....but also has outstanding caudal tines and a very nice shape. I just couldn't pass him up!! He had an absolutely HUGE body (250+ lbs).

BRUTALLY hot weather this weekend....but still a very successful hunt!!

Fine specimens. Bet the youngster was jazzed.

Nice shootin' irons.

Should be around 100 lbs of Axis meat. That would be hard for anyone to pass up.
