Im not much of a shotgun man, but as far as shooting clays on the range with buck shot and a 20 inch riot gun as described in a previous post I betcha that would be impossible short of a miracle..

Ive only shot one deer, a mule deer with a slug, it was when I was a kid and a slug was a slug, much different than todays shotgun slugs I suspect, I shot him behind the shoulder at 15 yards, my brother and I chased that deer two miles on foot and I shot my other slug and missed, out of ammo, but he was about done for but I had to beat the poor bastard to death with a big rock, and that wasn't fun, it bothered me even as a teen ager..I told my brother I think Id rather beat a human to death than another deer!!
