frodoHelp needed for Alberta Pronghorn
My arrangements for access onto private land seem to have evaporated. We still have our Alberta resident to guide us on a hunt we were drawn for in the Milk river- Formost area but no leads on access to land- any leads or help would be very much appreciated as the season starts next Monday Oct 20.

stubblejumperLocate land owner maps for the area and check out any community grazing leases as they usually allow hunting.

stubblejumperThose areas include the M.D of Taber,County of Warner,County of Lethbridge and county of Forty Mile.Try the municipal offices at Lethbridge,Taber,Warner and Foremost for landowner maps. These maps will show individual landowners, their homestead locations and they will also show crown land or grazing leases. That is probably your best chance to locate a place to hunt.

ThomasIn my experiances hunting antelope in southern alberta, I have only had 2 land owners deny me permission. The vast majority are only too happy to let hunters on. The only way to find permission is to go an d ask, or have your host go and ask.
good luck with the hunt, looking forward to some pictures,
thomas
