I guess I've been asleep. Exactly what is USO. (just info please, forget the heat for the moment). Is this anything like the "guide assoc's" or ranchers want to control the elk tags even tho most of the hunting takes place on BLM land?

United States Outfitters (USO) is a hunting application/guiding service. USO sued Arizona for more tags, which you can read all about in threads on this board.
