I know where they hunt, The Ash River Trail.. A lot of other hunters also use the same area, I used to and a lot of my friends did also. There are bears in the area but there are so many baits it is tough hunting.. Ash-Ka Nam is a nice place and the fishing is OK, Seems like a lot of money, there were "guides" offering baited sites and bear recovery fot around $800, when I left the swamps 4 years ago. I used to do it for free for my friends!
