I thought I would post this here in an effort to find out some information.

My mother owns 800 acres in N.E. Montana (Davis and one other Co. I think), about 2 miles from the Canadian border. The land is currently being used for wheat and cattle grazing but dealing with the government on the wheat and everything is getting to be a pain. Since she lives in Ok. and is in her 70's she is looking for another way to put the land to use since she can't be onsite to take care of things. I would appreciate any information about what hunting leases in this area of the state might go for on a yearly basis.
