Terrible. Perhaps I'm in the minority but I feel that negligent homicide should be the charge when one hunter shoots another when mistaking them for game. Inexcusable in my mind.

The victim was 18' up a tree, more likely scenario is that instead of mistaking him for a deer the shooter shot at a deer that was silhouetted on a ridge without an adequate back stop. Still negligent and inexcusable.
