Bear hunting in Maine

If there are any members on this forum who hunt bears with dogs in Maine I would like to meet them and accompany them on a hunt. I don't want to kill a bear, just tag along on a hunt while my wife and I are visiting Maine. We will be in the Bar Harbor area the very end of August to mid September.

No help on the bear hunt but another Okie that'll be in Bar Harbor Labor Day weekend. I hope you find someone to tag along with.

We are in Bar Harbor currently and headed for Baxter State Park late next week.
