Somehow I must like HORNADY Bullets.

I took inventory last night of how many of what brand I had on hand.

The results were as follows:

I really like Hornady bullets but generally shoot them at paper rather than game. They are probably as good as anything at non-magnum velocities but when I shoot game I tend to favor Nosler Partitions. The cost of a premium bullet has to rank as one of the least of expenses on a hunt. Why take a chance? Swift's new Scirocco also seems good but I don't like the boattail. I've used the 180 in a .300 H&H and it killed well in any case.
