BigBulletBears in North Carolina
I live in Florida, and in the past have traveled to Maine to hunt bears. Recently I have heard of the quality bears coming out of coastal North Carolina. During a search, some basic discussion was uncovered, but no name of potential outfitters/guides. Does anyone have info concerning this area for bears? Your help is appreciated.

Redhawk1crawfish, thanks for the site. This year I am going to Maine. I have booked my hunt already. I will have to give North Carolina a try also.

fireman23Big Bullet,
I have personally met Conman (Mike Noles) and he is top notch. I've hunted the refuge up near his property and he is THE man to go to for deer and bear without paying extremely high prices. He is very successfull for both deer and bear and I believe he had 100% shot OPPORTUNITIES for bear this season. I say opportunities as folks missed, wounded, or decided not to shoot that particular bear. Good luck.
