This fails to address the question of whether or not the heart is in a compressive state or not at the moment of bullet impact. That is: Is there a difference in effect depending on BP at that moment in the arterial system. Doug, please elucidate.

Hydro static shock

This is an oxymoron and used to describe hydraulic effect. Anything in a static state is not going to produce shock.
