Looking for Pasture or Lease -- Texas

I am looking for a small pasture to lease or a lease with a spot or spots to try to get my kids out before they all grow up and move away. Looking mostly west or northwest of DFW but I am flexible. Deer + hogs would be great. I know it is late in the year to still be looking but I won't bore you with the many reasons I have been waiting.

Let me know if you have anything or any good leads.

That could work depending on the property. I appreciate any assistance you can offer. I could also do more acreage depending on the price.

I'll be looking for much of the same thing for next year. I'm still holding onto my CO residency until this year's season ends but then I'll be switching to TX since the job I found is to my pleasing and my wife loves it here.

So I'll be looking for a place to pop a few does and hogs for meat every season. Antlers no longer hold any appeal for me, all I care about is the meat. So if anyone knows of a place within 4 hrs on the Athens/Tyler area when on old retired Navy Chief could do some meat hunting, let me know.
