Something is getting popular, but it isn't hunting.

Maybe it's bragging about trophy heads, maybe it's bragging about expensive trips.

If hunting was getting popular, the number of people in the field shooting rabbits and squirrels would be increasing. There would be recipes for deer and squirrels in Good Housekeeping magazine.

This looks just like one more tumor of conspicous consumption to me, like super premium cigars in built in humidors were two years ago. JMO, Dutch.
