I can't answer the question about the difficulty of the trigger adjustment (for that I'd recommend the gunsmithing forum anyway). But I can recommend Roger Farrell. He's in Fayetteville, and he's the only gunsmith I trust with my expensive guns.

Roger does excellent work. He fixed my VZ-24 up for me after the scope bases were a little off from the original smith who built it.
