I'm giving serious thought to heading to Idaho in the spring for a guided black bear hunt. I have a few oufitters I have been in contact with. It looks like the last week of May will work. Anyone interest in joining me? The rates will be in the $1,200 to $1,500 area and we are allowed to take 2 bears.

Come up to Idaho with me and a couple of other AR people the 21-25 (these are actual hunting days) of June. We are going with one of my outfitters on a drop camp hunt in which he provides all the tents, equipment, transport, and baiting and we just cook our own food. Cost is $1000 and it is also a two bear area. Since I am driving up from SLC with another guy, I will have all the shopping done and we will just split costs once we get there. Hell I might not even charge for a good amount of the food since I have more Bison in my freezer than I know what to do with!
