Has anybody ever heard of the "Muley Fanatic Foundation" in Wyoming?

How does this organization compare to groups like the Mule Deer Foundation, RMEF and others?

All the money stays here in Wyoming instead of going to Utah. All I've heard so far, it's all positive.
