We are researching the possibility of a Feb. 2013 Hawaii hunt on the big island. I would really enjoy hunting Spanish and Hawaiian goats with my XP-100R in 260AI. This XP has a bench rest follower glued in and essentially is a single shot bolt action pistol. Does anyone have any information regarding legality that will help in this request.
