he was estimated to be right around 280#-300#, maybe slightly above average for up there but not by much. Another guy in camp shot a mule deer that had to go 320#-340# + on the hoof, an absolute toad. They grow then big up there and I can't wait for late Nov 2009, Alberta is a phenomonal place to hunt...

Free range Aoudad or Barbary Sheep killed in Texas West of Valentine along the Rio Grande. Rifle was a Remington 700 287yard shot 168g Berger VLD. DRT, what a hunt.
