I agree with Hot Core. To be honest with you "GOOD" hunting buddies are alot harder to come by than good deer. And as age comes you will find as much pleasure in helping others score as yourself.

Besides now you have a "you owe me" card to play with him when the time arises.

Hey guys, I was joking! You guys miss my thread about putting my bro up the same tree with me in my hottest Ohio spots?

I take buddies all the time to hunt with me, or in my treestands!

I love watching someone zip a deer from MY spot. Really shows them I did my homework. In fact, I'm thinking of picking up a camera.

From my perspective, you should be happy to have placed your buddy on such a great Stand and provide him with that opportunity. It speaks very well of your ability to select a good Stand position with excellent potential.

As you "age", you will take great pride in being able to put your buddies in great Stands. And if they are good enough buddies, you can even needle them about it in a non-malicious way and both of you get pleasure from the kill.
