Mark R DobrenskiRe: Huge Coues Shed
Drummond-that is one heck of a horn!! Too bad you didn't find the other side.
Besides bruins those lil deer are my favorites to watch and to hunt.

huntsonoraCold Zero,
If you want to send it to me I will post it for you.
huntsonora@sbcglobal.net is my email address.
Thanks for the responses, it is a HUGE shed. Unfortunately the shed is several years old and I doubt the buck is still living but I am sure that he spread his genes. We did see a number of coues that would have easily surpassed the B&C minimum of 110" this year. I will post some of the mule deer pics later as well. We were extremely fortunate this year, our avg gross score on the 9 trophy bucks we harvested was almost 194".

Cold BoreBoy, that's sweet! What character!
I assume nobody has seen the deer alive, at least during the season?
I'd be spending a bunch of time looking for the other half. It's a beauty as-is, but can you imagine if you had the other side to "mount"??

huntsonoraThis is a shed found on one of my ranches this year by one of the hunters. This shed doubled with a 16" spread would have been a top 5 deer in the world.
Hope you like it.
