A new hunting partner arrived yesterday Lydia Joy.

Her other granddad said I am sure you will have her out shooting soon enough.

He is not a shooter or hunter I said as soon as she can.

Congratulations! I'm sure you'll be a huge influence for her.

I never knew any of my grandfathers they passed when I was less then a year old.

I have pictures with guns and game.

Hopefully I live long enough to get the grand kids going.

You're going to enrich her life and she yours!

I knew one grandfather briefly and one grandmother somewhat. I don't remember ever really doing anything with them but loved them nonetheless.

My wife and I are different grandparents than that. We take them with us to all sorts of places and they love to stay with us at the cabin. They're old enough to start hunting and shooting more. Life is good.

My grandson is 3 he talks a lot about hunting.

Not that I hand anything to do with that.
