Gouging the nonresident hunter may not be so easy anymore
It seems the practice of Price Gouging and Limiting the number of Non-Resident Hunters and fisherman, is being challenged in the courts! [Big Grin] [Eek!]

Yes, from the same bunch that wanted to ban the Pledge of Allegiance. Totally against someone from another state telling me what to do in mine. Same philosophy that gave us wolves to decimate the elk herds around Yellowstone.

It's funny he didn't mention the reciprocal arrangement some states have. If your state charges a particular price for a NR license, then that state charges the same to the other state's non-residents. I'm originally from the east coast and I can't think of any reason I'd want to hunt back there. I'd agree with AKBM in that I don't want anyone from another state telling me what to do in my state. I live here year 'round, not 7-10 days. I like it the way we have it now.
