Dog food recall - off topic, but.....
I realize this is off topic but since it's one of the most frquented forum, I thought I'd post it here. Hope that Don will forgive this transgression.

Just found out about a dog & cat food recall from Menu Foods. It involves 49 different dog food & 41 cat foods. If you want a look, follow the link below. A couple of rather popular dog foods here in Alaska are listed, Ekanuba and Iam's.
Hope this helps someone. Bear in Fairbanks

Unless you're the lead dog, the scenery never changes.

I never thought that I'd live to see a President worse than Jimmy Carter. Well, I have.

No worries about the OT post. Good info. You might want to cross post on the Bird Hunting and Dog forums if you haven't already.

Cheers,
Canuck

Looks like it's all canned food.

I feed only dry so my dogs are safe too.

When I see the same manufacturer making Nutro, Iams, & that Ol' Roy CRAP; I wonder about quality all around in canned dog food.

Many products are produced by one company. The difference? Advertising costs. My daughter owns a feed store here in Colorado and clued me in on some different foods for my cat. It would be much cheaper...except she gives the cat food to me free...for the cats!
