Red C.Hot Oklahoma weather for bow season.
It is a little less than two weeks away from deer season (archery) here in Oklahoma, but the weather is so hot its hard to imagine going deer hunting. There is no really cooler weather in the long range forcast. I hate the idea of sitting in my deer stand sweating and swatting misquitoes.

graybirdI've been there. But wait until that first cool front blows thru in the middle of the afternoon. I always looked forward to those days and would hit the stand at lunch and happily watch the dark clouds roll in from the north!!!

Jeff SullivanI am planning a trip up to hunt the second weekend, and I am not looking forward to sweating on the deer stand either.
Of course, Texas is just as bad...
