Chris DarnellA Few Big Muley Pics
Here are some more photos that I'm offering as my contribution to this forum in exchange for some of the things I get in return. All of these bucks are identified as to where and when. All were found and taken all by my lonesome, DIY, unguided, on public land. Enjoy. I may be able to post stories about some of these that have been published in magazines.
Northwest Colorado Unit 10 2000 5.5 years old
Utah Bookcliffs 2004 10.5 years old
Arizona Strip unit 13A 1994 6.5 years old

LittleJoeI have never aged any animal other than when I had to send a tooth into the State and they mailed me a letter telling me how old.
How can you age an animal? I know on sheep but not on deer and elk, kudu, etc.

Chris DarnellWOOOOW, what gives here? Same guys blasting the crap out of me unmercifully on the other threads and then being Mr. Niceguys on this one wanting to be my buddy soon as they see I'm competent and may be able to offer them something. Can you all say 'doublestandard'? How about meth or whiskey?

CrazyhorseconsultingMaybe folks are just trying to atone for some of their comments on the elk pictures.

Relax, the internet is no place for that kind of attitude. Perhaps this response is a reflection of your interaction with the guide you had issues with? Mirror, mirror......

NavalukJGRaider,
Love the pictures. Looks like not only great deer but great times. Got to be some good stories there.

That is an AMAZING mulie! He is deceivingly large. Look at his rack compared t the size of a grown man's upper torso. WOW!

Thank you sir, and you too Drummond. I'm a mule deer fanatic, having been after them for 41 years now. I know how much luck has to do with it, and I'm one lucky guy.

I wished I had just 1% of your luck. I would be damned happy if I could kill a fork horn muley here in Texas.
Those are some really impressive bucks, hope your luck continues with those big boys.
